Thrive Professional Development

Thrive is a programme of professional development sessions tailored to the needs of early-career dancers and musicians.

 Thrive 2024 was supported by UKRI Regional Innovation funding. Tailored to the needs of early-career artists, this programme aimed to help independent artists cultivate a fresh network of peers and to build essential skills for sustaining their artistic careers.

The sessions were designed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset through a series of workshops, discussions, coaching, and collaboration and networking sessions. Artists also had access to studio space and recording facilities at Trinity Laban.
