Battle of the Bands 2025

Looking for more opportunities to get your music performed and heard? If you are in a band or a singer/songwriter in Years 7-12 then sign up to Trinity Laban’s Battle of the Bands 2025! This is open to all young musicians who live or study in South-East London. The lucky finalists will perform on a professional stage in July, with feedback from our panel of music industry specialists.

The winning band receives coaching and a professional recording session at Trinity Laban to help them develop and promote their music further.

• To apply if you are a band from a school, college or music centre please have your teacher/project leader complete the application form. You must complete an application for each band that enters.
• To apply independently of a school, college or music centre, please have a parent or carer of one band member complete the application form.

We welcome applications from schools, music centres, youth projects and young musicians applying independently. Please note that you must submit a short video demo of you performing – the quality of the recording does not matter (this can be taken on a phone) – but the application form and demo must be submitted by no later than Monday 28 April 2025, 5pm to be considered for the event.
