Voices in Motion is a creative dance and voice group for over 60s. A typical session will involve warming up the body with gentle movement, alongside strengthening the voice through vocal exercises and memorable songs. The group welcomes all levels of ability and no previous experience of singing or dance is required. There is no set choreography or music to learn, as Voices in Motion focusses on the health and wellbeing benefits of individual creativity through movement and voice. The group meet once a week in person at a venue offsite in Bellingham.

Autumn: Thursday 26 September – Thursday 5 December (half term Thursday 31 October)
Spring: Thursday 14 January – Thursday 27 March (half term Thursday 20 February)
Summer: Thursday 24 April – Thursday 4 July (half term Thursday 29 May)

Transport: Nearest rail is Beckenham Hill or Bellingham. Buses 136, 181, 208, 320, 54, N136, N47 stop outside The Green Man. The 54 stops on Beckenham Hill Road and the 336 stops at the bottom of Southend Lane and Whitefoot Lane. Limited parking is available on the surrounding residential streets.
