Voices in Motion

Event details

Voices in Motion is a creative movement and voice group for over 60s. A typical session will involve warming up the body with gentle movement, alongside strengthening the voice through vocal exercises and memorable songs. There is no set choreography or music to learn, as Voices in Motion focusses on the health and wellbeing benefits of exploring creativity through movement and voice.

The group welcomes all levels of capability and mobility and no previous experience of singing or dance is required.
