Thursday Night Hype is a fun filled session to get you moving, playing music that will make you smile with feel good vibes. You’ll cover a combination of 80s – 00s hip-hop grooves, contemporary flow, jazz technique, plus so much more. The class contains a good mix of styles to open the mind and get the body ready for the weekend ahead.
Icy Ice 54 will help build your self-confidence and fitness week by week, and aims to give participants a high-energy and fun experience in a relaxed atmosphere. After all, Thursday is the new Friday – let’s get hype!
