Dancing for Health is a weekly dance class for people who are recovering from, or living with an acquired brain injury, stroke, or other neurological condition, and their carers.
This creative dance activity is delivered by a Trinity Laban dance artist, working in collaboration with an occupational therapist. The class aims to improve wellbeing, balance, and movement capabilities.
No previous dance or movement experience is necessary and sessions are open to adults 18+
Class Time: 14.00-16.00

Accessiblity & getting there
Sessions take place at the Laban Building, Deptford, SE8 3DZ. Trinity Laban has multiple locations so please note this does not take place at King Charles Court in Greenwich.
Accessibility: The Laban Building is full accessible, with disabled parking, access toilets and a lift.
Getting there
By Train:
Take the Southeastern or Thameslink train to Deptford Station. From Deptford Station, it’s about a 9-minute walk to the Laban Building. Head south on Deptford High Street, turn left onto Creekside, and you’ll find the building on your left.
By DLR:
Take the DLR to Cutty Sark Station. From Cutty Sark, it’s about a 10-minute walk. Head west on Creek Road, turn right onto Creekside, and the building will be on your right.
By Bus:
You can take bus numbers 188, 199, or 47.
Get off at the Creekside (G) stop, which is a 3-minute walk from the Laban Building. Walk south on Creekside, and you’ll see the building on your left.
By car:
There is onsite parking at the back of the building on Copperas Street. Please send your numberplate ahead of attending.
