This is a release based contemporary technique class for participants with considerable experience in contemporary dance, who are confident in learning and executing movement.
The class uses complex phrasing to improve dynamics and performance, whilst expanding technical knowledge.
The class focuses on alignment, co-ordination, use of weight, and musicality, to encourage freedom of movement. The class includes a warm up and a cool down, as well as a combination of technical exercises, travelling, and a more complex phrase of movement.
