Event details

This class is for adults with basic experience in contemporary dance, or who are returning from a long break. The class is also suitable for more experienced movers with lower levels of stamina.

The course will build confidence, improve technique, and increase your dance vocabulary.

This would be suitable for those who have taken part in 2-3 terms of our Contemporary Introduction course, who feel ready to move on from the basics.
