This class is for adults with basic experience in classical ballet technique, or who are returning from a long break. The class is also suitable for more experienced movers with lower levels of stamina.
The course will build confidence, improve technique, and increase your dance vocabulary. Class will consist of a barre and centre practice.

This would be suitable for those who have taken part in 2-3 terms of our Ballet Introduction course, who feel ready to move on from the basics.
