Students

Enrol online

New and returning students can whizz through the Registration process by enrolling online. Please note:

  • You will need information from the Online Enrolment notice which was emailed to your Trinity Laban email address. If you didn’t receive the email, contact us at ITHelpdesk@trinitylaban.ac.uk.

Upload your photo
(open now for new students)

As part of the online enrolment process, new students can avoid the ID card queues during Registration by uploading a photo before arrival. Your ID card will be pre-printed and waiting for you when you attend Registration.  Just follow the Enrol Online link above to upload your photo. Please note:

  • The photo should be ‘passport style’ – ie, head and shoulders only, and with your face clearly visible.

  • No one else should be in the photo.

  • Accepted image file types are JPEG, GIF, TIF and PNG.

  • You will not receive a confirmation email once the photo is uploaded. However, you can log in at any time to view the photo you have uploaded.

  • You will need information from the online enrolment notice which was emailed to your Trinity Laban email address.  If you didn’t receive the email, contact us at ITHelpdesk@trinitylaban.ac.uk.

  • This upload facility is for new students only.

  • After this date you can still complete your online enrolment but will need to get your photo taken when you attend your registration session.

Moodle

Please login with your TL username and password.

Student webmail

Please login with your TL email address (e.g. john.b11@edu.trinitylaban.ac.uk) and password.

Please also see the student portal for useful information.  Faculty of Music students can also see their 1-2-1 tuition allocations.

Remote Support

When directed by TL IT, use the Remote Support link to download remote support software to your Apple Mac or Windows PC

Staff webmail Please login with your TL e-mail address and password.
Staff intranet Please login with your TL username and password.
Moodle Please login with your TL username and password.
Remote access portal This will work with most popular browsers, both Windows and Mac. Note that if you haven’t already applied to use this facility, you will need to do so.  Ask the IT Department for help if don’t know how to apply.
