High Intensity Dance Fitness Test

The High Intensity Dance Fitness Test comprises four shorter one-minute bouts of dance.

Each stage is one minute followed by two minutes rest giving a work to rest ratio of 1:2. This is representative of the work to rest ratio seen in dance performance. The track is continuous and gives an eight count introduction after each two minute rest stage.
