Dance Aerobic Fitness Test

The test consists of five, four-minute, stages of continuous dance movement.

Each stage is progressively more difficult in intensity. Dancers should complete the entire four minutes before proceeding to the next stage. The test should take approximately 30 mins to complete including data collection.
