Detailed Information

During the MA (and first year of the MFA), you’ll be encouraged to experiment and take risks to delve into your current practice and develop as an innovative, independent choreographer.

Whilst engaging in critical dialogue, two of the modules offered provide opportunities for collaborative exchanges with other artistic practices.

You’ll be assessed through a variety of modes, including:

  • Sharing work in progress with chaired question and answer forums.
  • Presentations with an open Q&A.
  • The realisation of speculative research practice as a performed event.

 MA Choreography is a one-year, full-time or two-year, part-time course.

MFA Choreography is a two-year full-time course. It shares the first year with the MA.
