FAQs

FAQs

Do you offer any editing/mixing services?
Yes, we can offer both editing and mixing as part of your booking, although please note that this is charged at the same hourly rate as recording. There will always be a rough mix available at the end of each session, but if more than that is required then the time for this will need to be included in your booking.

How will I receive the files?
We use Dropbox for all file delivery and will provide a download link after the session. We can also transfer onto any physical storage devices that you bring to the session.

Do filmed sessions cost extra?
We have a Blackmagic 4K camera and tripod which we can setup as a static shot for no extra charge, although anything more complex will have to be negotiated with the recording team. We can also synchronise the video and audio free of charge.
